We want your experience of G•A•S•S• to be as fun as possible, but there are a few things we have to tell you. Please make sure that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully because they set out the basis on which you are allowed to use the G•A•S•S• site and purchase Products from us. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the G•A•S•S• site.

G•A•S•S• reserves the right to change and amend these Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary.
When you register with G•A•S•S• you have to provide us with your correct information in the fields requested. You will be asked for a username and password, which are private to you. You must ensure these log-in details are kept confidential and secure. When selecting a username please be aware that this will also be the name in which you will be known on the G•A•S•S• forum. You will be responsible for any access to G•A•S•S• by anyone using your login details. Please see our Privacy Policy later in the terms for more information on how we look after your personal information and what you need to do to help.
G•A•S•S• will run from May 1st 2014 until April 30th 2015 and is based on an annual subscription price. It is possible to register for G•A•S•S• at any time within this 12 months and all digital content up to date will be available. There are 3 tiers available through G•A•S•S• and a one off payment is to be made, through PayPal, at the time of purchase. By registering, you are authorising G•A•S•S• to charge your PayPal account for the specified amount, determined by which tier you select.
The 3 tiers are as follows:

As G•A•S•S• membership includes immediate access to digital content, cancellation of membership is not possible and memberships are non-transferable.
The following upgrades are available to G•A•S•S• members:

When upgrading, the user will pay the difference, via PayPal, between the level they are currently signed up to, and the new level they want to move to.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of physical merchandise items, although we do aim to get these with you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to replace any merchandise item from the ‘goody bag’ with an alternative item of the same value in the event of an item being unavailable.
If you order physical products from G•A•S•S• for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
If you find any defects or damage in a Product that is not a Downloadable Product you must tell us as soon as possible. If any Product that is not a Downloadable Product is found to be faulty or defective, and providing you have returned this to us within 7 days of you receiving it, we will endeavour to replace this within 28 days of return. If any Physical Products that we have sent you are faulty or damaged then please notify customer services at: help@g-a-s-s.co
If the Product you are purchasing is identified on the G•A•S•S• site as downloadable (a “Downloadable Product”), you can download it by clicking on the link that is displayed. Please note that purchasing a Downloadable Product via G•A•S•S• will require a computer with an appropriate playback program installed, internet access, certain software and this may involve obtaining upgrades from time to time. We strongly recommend that you make use of a high speed internet connection.
You should also be aware that Downloadable Products may be subject to data charges that are imposed by your internet or mobile phone provider, for which you will be responsible.
Once downloaded to your computer, you may then only transfer the Downloadable Product to portable devices (like your iPod or MP3 player) or burn to a CD or DVD (or similar) for your own personal non-commercial use.
Please be aware, that the ‘Meet and Greet’ option, offered under the 3rd Tier, is valid for Ginger Acoustic shows only and cannot be used at Ginger’s 50th Birthday Bash, The Wildhearts shows, festival appearances or any electric shows.
As Acoustic shows are announced there will be a system put in place to organise the Meet and Greets. And whilst there are no restrictions on how many times you may attend a Meet and Greet, we do ask that if you have already attended a session, due to the limited number of places, be aware that priority will be given to people who have not previously attended.
While the administrators and moderators of the forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you must acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
We ask that you agree to not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of the forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit.
G•A•S•S• operates this website and respects the security and privacy of all users and we do not share your details with any third parties.
When you sign up with G•A•S•S• your email address will be stored in our system, but will only be used to contact you about G•A•S•S• or your account – we will not sell or otherwise share your email address (or any other details) with any other business or persons. Your email address will be registered with the G•A•S•S• mailing list, which we will use to periodically send you updates about G•A•S•S•. You will be able to unsubscribe from this mailing list if you choose to, and instructions on how to do this will be given in these mailings.
G•A•S•S• will ensure that your personal information is treated with respect and confidentiality.
If you are under the age of 16 you should obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians for submitting any personal information to this Website.
Children under the age of 13 should not submit any personal information without the written consent of their parents or legal guardian.
Please note that clicking on any external links will result in your transfer to another website where data privacy policies may be different to those of G•A•S•S•. Visitors should consult the other site’s privacy policies as we are not responsible for, and have no control over, information that is submitted to or collected by these third parties.
